Orders not going through to the receivers

Close the Call Center program

Go to file explorer

Click on 'This PC'

Then Local Disk (C:)

Go into the 'WINCI' folder

Click on the 'Orders' folder

Delete all the files within the 'Orders' folder

Open the Call Center program back open

Get them to edit an order and ask if the shop received it
