How to Setup Customer Loyalty Points
Go to https://my2.integer2.co.uk/
Top right click on 'Settings'
Click on 'Shop Settings'
In the 'Search query' box enter the license number
On the right hand side click the '+' to expand the options
Search for 'UAC_PointSystem' in search query
Setting Up Offline Points
(myInteger, inTouch & Barcode Scanner)
***OfflinePoints requires a Barcode Scanner***
There are three steps to setting up OfflinePoints. Enable UAC_OfflinePoints via myInteger (UAC_PointSystem is required), tick Instore Loyalty via InTouch and plug your barcode scanner in. The QR code appears at the bottom of the receipt next to 'Download Our App'
Step One
On myInteger go to 'Shop Settings'
Enter the license number
Type in UAC_OfflinePoints
Then select 'Scan & Generate/Spend on App'
Step Two
On inTouch first go to ‘Management’
Then ‘Occasional Menu’
And then go to 'Internet Options'
Go to the 'Sundry' tab
Tick 'Instore Loyalty Scheme' at the bottom
Click 'Finished'
Step Three
Unbox your barcode
Then plug it into an available USB port
How Customers Use Loyalty Points Online
The customers will first add their order before going to the basket
On the checkout screen they will see the 'Click to use your points for a FREE order'. Before
They should click on the box the use some of their points
Alternatively, don't click the box to get the points
Then select the payment method
And just fill out the details as they normally would
How Customers Use Loyalty Points Instore
Choose Delivery or Shop as normal
Enter the order as normal aswell
Click 'Next' to go to the payment screen
When on the payment screen you will see 'Redeem Points'
Click 'Redeem Points' so it goes blue
Ask the customer to present the QR code once they have created a voucher
Scan the QR code using the barcode scanner and it will deduct the voucher amount
The voucher will then show the customers app as expired
How to Customers Add Their Instore Points to Their Account
Open/Install the app
Then click 'Points'
Click 'Scan Receipt'
Scan the QR code from the bottom of your receipt
