How to make Cooking Instructions highlighted

On inTouch first go to ‘Management’

Then ‘Occasional Menu’

Click on 'Options'

In the 'Receipt Printer' tab

Look for the box 'Red Printing'

Then tick the box 'Cooking Instructions'

Cooking instructions will now print reversed (Bold). See example of 'No Tomatoes'
